Also in Europe there is a big debate about the covid vaccination (look to the testimony of Prof Dalglish in the UK parlement in december 2023).
I feel it is important to infom the Europeans on this subject. Therefore i have taken the liberty to translate your message in dutch (for Belgium and The Netherlands) and put it on X (@LucasHuybrechts).
I am only very recently on NOSTR (and intend to stay) but had lots of technical problems during the start up. Especially with 
Primal (can't follow anyone). I have restarted with Alby and Iris.to but i am nowhere near your situation.
