Airline gets new deal on Lagos-US flight frequency as Air Peace moves to compete

United Airlines will operate daily flights between Lagos and Washington, D.C. starting December 4, 2024, until February 14, 2025, increasing seat availability by 133%. The flights will utilize Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners, enhancing passenger comfort. This move provides Nigerian travelers with more options and connections to over 70 destinations in the Americas. Air Peace and United Nigeria Airlines are also preparing to launch flights to the U.S. following government support for domestic airlines.
