I don’t think anyone fully understands bitcoin. 
Most of us here know that bitcoin is a good thing, but to fully grasp it and understand it’s technicalities can be hard for most.
Whether Trump fully gets it or not, all that matters is that bitcoin just went mainstream on a political level in the US.
All other nation states will have to follow suit and adopt, or die.
It’ll take a while, but it has begun.
