 I know where they are, I just don't know which one to add, and in what box ....😆And since I lack knowledge I am afraid of doing a mess....

What happens if I add wrong relay in wrong box?

 Ok... so the top 2 sections are where you will be sending your notes and where people will be sending interactions with your notes. I can't tell you which ones you "should" use because that's up to you, but don't worry about making a mess. Just write down what's there now. Delete those and try some others.  If you think something isn't working, you can always change them back later.

The 'personal inbox' is for drafts. If you are using the citrine app or have your own relay,  that can go there. Or if you are using a paid relay. 

The dm & search relays, there are limited choices. If you have anything in those boxes now, just leave them until you learn more about different relays.

The general relays, you put anything you want there. That's where you will be reading notes from. 

Nothing happens if you put the wrong relays in the wrong spots. Some things might not work right, but you will be able to tell and you can change them again.
