Worked with a guy from the Philippines who started part time hourly and worked his way into full time salary. 

Came to🇺🇸 legally…after his family could no longer compete in t shirt business ( as an aside…I asked him and his wife if the Chinese could be trusted and they both laughed at me 😶).

Spent thousands to get his wife here legally. She works with my team and she’s one of the best.  

Legal and controlled immigration is fine…. And there should be no “benefits” upon arrival.
