Thanks for sharing… I’ve never looked at the economics of a lightning node. Just curious how much liquidity you had to provide to get there?
Year one I rebalanced and managed channels and fees. It was a full time job. I hated it as it felt like a job and I spent a lot of sats rebalancing. I spent a lot of sats. I don't know how much.

Year two I set fees to 0/0 and just let it fly. I routed A LOT, but every once in a while I had to change fees to help move liquidity around. I used to route 1-1.5 BTC a month most months . I made no sats in routing fees that year.

This year, year three I used Lightning Terminal to automatically manage all of my fees for me. I have some zero channel management and zero fee adjustments. I am very happy with this. This also just launched about a year ago and wasn't available previously. I route less per month, but I make a little bitcoin for my efforts. I feel this is the best model.

Tor only or clearnet ser? any statistics for the last 3 months?
 Tor only.
 Gotta increase my fees.
I ran 0/0 all of 2022. This year I increased my fees a lot and even more so during high on-chain fee periods.
I left fees at like a couple sats and I’ve only been running a couple small channels but I’m around 1100sats for the last 5months. Only recently started increasing fees.
Sisyphus had to push a rock up hill for eternity but he found satisfaction in the work. Honest work makes you feel good 👍
