May the forces of nature save us from solicitors who use terrible portal sites to communicate because they're "more secure" than sending their bank details in a PDF, unlike every invoice sent by every other company ever.
Damned thing won't let me log in or change my password to either of the two accounts they've given me. Back when it would let me log in, I had to reset my password every single time.
They're charging me to use the fucking thing as well, to add insult to injury!
@5c93248a @29d67b21 When I had to reset my password on one earlier this year it sent me my new password in plain text. They expected me to send personal financial information and forms of ID through this monstrosity.
