I also ask myself many times why I always see repetitive numbers... especially this one....I see it almost every day, if not every day, wherever I am, whatever I am doing. 
Even the reading I did this morning, there was a synchronicity of cards, 2 2 and 22. 

 You're nearly right. The correct number is 23. I can't really go into why, but it just is.
