well, TIL that the AMD RX 7800 XT video outputs refuse to do a FHD 144hz, 240hz UHD plus a pair of 2k 75hz

solution? need the screen real estate, have benches and whatnot to throw two 2k displays, forget the baby FHD 144hz. lastly, run the main at 120hz anyway, i can tell it's not 240 but i don't think this video card can really pump pixels that fast in a standard desktop with all this running at once 

 also, simply just not going to buy TFT based panels ever again... QD-OLED has actual black, uses less power, and can do higher framerates, fr fr 

 anyhow, better to deploy this hardware than have it go to waste... and i can now set up the mini pc later with the small display, which it conveniently has a USB-C output for anyway, and i have a spare mouse and keyboard... will probably put it on the kitchen bench, could use it to read recipes and shit lol
