Well. Just seeing an old man's (one of my neighbor) DELL laptop that came with Windows 11 preinstalled is just horribly slow. Even slower than Windows 10.

The startup literally taking more than 3 minutes to pass the [Loading], [Welcome], and then the task bar literally taking for more than 5 minutes (yes. A legit 5 minutes) to load alongside with it's desktop icons.
Windows 11 is optimized for newer hardware - faster SSDs primarily, but also the rest - and most machines I’ve seen struggle are because the manufacturer cheaped out somehow.

I have three machines running Windows 11, and a building full of them at work that I am responsible for, and they run great. The only one to give problems was a machine that had Windows installed on a spinning rust hard drive, which Windows is not optimized to run off of anymore. After installing a NVMe drive and reinstalling, it runs smooth.
Most people did buy budget laptops more than these newer hardware. These budget laptop is never better than some typical laptop in terms of performance, But it did well for serving only one purpose for these people, Microsoft Office.

And the problem was, These newer budget laptop is shipped with Windows 11, And yet it gives a very bad experience.
