Yes I know. She takes statins and nothing I say to her will convince her to listen to me over her all knowing wise doctor. She rarely eats red meat because she thinks it bad for her and she cooks the shit out of it whenever she does so she doesn’t benefit the few times she does try it.

There’s nothing you can do to help people that give up their power to think. I literally asked my grandma about her mother’s health. She knows her mother lived over 100 years without any serious physical ailments or drug dependencies. Then she downs 12 pills and limps back to the living room.
