Lately its mostly npcs in person. You should see the "protein" shakes they serve my grandmotherinlaw in the place she is staying. only 9g of protein mostly corn syrup its a fucking nightmare, when my wife showed me I actually got hot angry. It's a travesty

There are few institution I hate more than this. When my wife visits she brings good yogurt and food and gets her to eat. The little bird barely eats unless my wife goes over there.

i have had some good real ginger sodas, but it is still loaded with sugars.
I get one every so often, but my taste changed after having covid. It never tastes right. Soda is like spicy water.
i drink a diet coke here and there because my mom used to drink them all the time when i was a kid, but i try to stay with flavored bubble water when i want that fizzy
