There's no rapeseed oil in it. Just taste and smell better imo.

I still eat vegetables Try to eat them not too often raw I think everybody reacts different to them. If you’re feeling good and you enjoy them, sure why not. I just try to focus on meat, eggs, raw milk, raw honey, sourdough and fruit
