You'd be recreating the Bitcoin Fountain circa 2009 with an orders of magnitude lower payout, which is fitting. It'd be tough without some hoops to avoid abuse. I get my 'free' sats from sMiles, Ember, and ZBD -- sMiles being the fewest hoops to jump through, Ember being the most lucrative, and ZBD also being a Lightning wallet...
