It's v much not superhero-y. In fact it's a lot like the sopranos actually lol.

But yeah sopranos is great. Then you need to watch The Wire lol 

 The Penguin is not at all superhero-y in fact. It doesn't even feature Batman as a character. 

 I've rewatched The Wire a couple times already. Some of the best TV made. 

 I'm not saying you should watch the penguin, but it was very moreish in a similar way, also hbo made lol.

It's a weird nihilistic crime show, rather than a superhero show. Just an fyi. Not pushing it on you lol. 

 I also quite liked Generation Kill by the wire people, worth a watch too if you haven't seen. :)
