I know for a fact that I am right, I’m just not in a position to give all details as to how I know this for a fact. But time will show that Latin American leaders want this and will try to make this happen as soon as they can. I can say with certainty they are discussing it and have been for a few years now. 

I assume the same for Africa, I just don’t have my ear in any rooms there with anyone at the top so I can’t say that for a fact, but I would assume so. 

 I believe you. Most of SA is tired of playing games to pander to the bigger, more intrusive countries of the world. I can't imagine a better way to break free from all the BS entanglements than to follow a plan like Milei has, even if it woo be very hard to transition.
