I totally agree, that's why now is almost impossible to arrange a contract or a salary in bitcoin, but I do think there is a way to overcome that until it will come the time. 
A completely different monetary system will need different behaviours and way to settl agreements and contracts.

anyway I still don't think a system where fiat money cease completely to exist in a short amount of time, but the moment bitcoin will be part of the new monetary system, wage in fiat will have to adjust much more often because of Bitcoin. 

there is so many things can happen in the future for me is still very difficult to see a clear way since I see thousands of possibile scenarios and outcomes before bitcoin will be part of the monetary system itself
