I thought that but then it is obvious that they are trying very hard to ignore TFG's kids that are documented doing far worse things.

So this seems a little lopsided, and that they will explore even the tiniest potential infraction on the one side, while steadfastly ignoring great mountains of culpability from the other.

In a sane DOJ, prosecuting Jared Kushner would be a no-brainer.

But they're so worried about seeming impartial that they're okay with being heavily partial in declining to prosecute people.
