One trick I've always used when I can't sleep I just think about how fortunate I am to have a pillow to lay on. Many do not have that luxury Any anxious feelings disappear quickly nostr:nevent1qqsdt0jntvr4ajpgxyx9u38qz5akcgtfn0u2mxgnxcqqu75kve7jjfgpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsygyukd29cd55pkdza7rd2r2u0286hyp3pnyf33p5f08ufjpzlarmegpsgqqqqqqsls3c2u
When I get a drink of clean water, on demand, in the middle of the night, I’m always thankful because that is a luxury.
My trick is to get rid of the pillow. Nice flat ground is best.
What do you do when you can't fall asleep? This one works 99% of the time. And almost instantly nostr:note1g0pxvrmm8mw08c7dtqhw93em2xapfajsfevgl7gdy3kyf378999q90xk7x
A really big InDaCouch (indica) jay works best 💜🫂🫡
I think about sleep, how peaceful it is, how rejuvenating it is, how beautiful the next morning is gonna be !! **POOF, out like a light 😎
4x4 breath techniques. Interestingly it was recommended by my company in a monthly health and safety training session but I was already doing it because it's built in to my Garmin watch. It's a breath focusing technique that calms the mind and the body. -Breathe in through nose 4s -Hold 4s -Out through mouth 4s -Hold 4s Repeat Works like a charm!
Also a great exercise for improving lung capacity. Try increasing the breath lengths and reps. Can be done in the sauna for added effect.
