 Day number two, I still definitely don't like running doing it anyways. Ended with 45 pushups and about 10 pullups. 

Mostly posting for my own accountability. Had the realization that my physical health is kind of tied in with my mental health and ive been a huge slacker in this area.

 Getting started every season always sucked ass. We use to run 50/50's. 50 breaths run, 50 breaths walk, and repeat. Once you begin to build your base then you set goals before you walk like the next telephone pole, next road, next stop sign, next corner, ect...
