You are either a person who gets triggered or the one who does the triggering.

The choice is yours.

Anyway, goodnight.

Triggering is protected by the 2A.
I am triggered allot ! What’s the solution?
If I get triggered I self reflect after the event.

I try to figure out if my anger was contructive (It very rarely is) and if it was righteous.

I found that the best reason for anger when I am almost always justified is when I get angry in defence of someone else. Especially someone meek and innocent who are being abused, verbally or otherwise.

I can get very nasty if I feel righteously justified in my anger. I even feel bad afterwards but I still don't cave in and apolagise if I think I was right.

Just maybe/hopefully the other party self reflects as well and we are both better people for it.

Keyboard warrior ninja type wisdom this.
Nothing wrong with righteous indignation! Slay the dragon
The term triggering is ridiculous. How frail we've become.
