Good for you being the voice of reason. As you said the media is terrible about whipping people up into a frenzy just so they can sell more ads. News is unfortunately an industry, not a service
Voice of reason is a fine line too, got to keep the messaging as neutral as possible so I don’t get thrown into the camp in her mind of a hardcore trumper. The line for that right now is anyone who’s not moving out of the country…. There really is a mental health problem associated with the election
You are absolutely correct about that. People apparently have a difficult time viewing anything but the absolute extremes on an issue. Its an unfortunate reality but all we can do is stay reasonable and hope the fringes join eventually lol
That's sad in so many ways--that someone's been brainwashed so effectively that they believe all the BS. Doesn't she realize how much things have changed for the worse over the past four years? Inflation, illegals, crime...etc., etc. How does that become "invisible"?
