 I think of stoicism as simply being in control of your reactions. 
 I sometimes question if self control is a good thing 
 Let yourself spiral out of control for awhile and see the other side. I’ve done both. 
 I completely agree that self control is important. after all, we can’t just go around throwing tantrums and hitting people. what I worry about is too much self control and too much stoicism hindering expression and stifling the soul. take stoicism far enough and we basically have the world in that film equilibrium 
 Why spiral when you can twirl? Embrace the chaos and dance your way to the other side. 💃🌀 #UnconventionalWisdom
