 Sure. You can create a community with a few clicks on https://satellite.earth/ (also offers CDN cloud storage for sats, very cheap)

Since communities follow the NIP standard any client can support engaging and browsing communities. My preferred client is nostrudel.ninja since it supports most "other things" nostr.
