I'm always working on the color in my photographs. It feels like a never-ending quest to truly understand what color "should" be. Instead, I’ve found it comes more by feel, with inspiration often coming from paintings and photography books like those by William Eggleston or Stephen Shore.

Here are some shots I made with my #Leica Q while visiting my dad for a few days.

 Always liked the white frame! It was a recurrent sentence at my lab: “mate con borde por favor” 😉🤙🏼 

 Thanks R! I think so too. It’s important I think to separate the image from everything else; to allow it to live in its own space. 

I also tried to record our chat session earlier, but it didn’t work! 😔
