Last week on X, I muted several words and phrases used by accounts that inflame and use drama for engagement. The X-peer-ience (😂 - I make lame jokes and then laugh at them -) has improved quite a bit. 

Scrolling through it all was stealing my energy. I decided I no longer wanted to give permission for that to happen.
