 From Portugal but settled in Uganda some years ago! 
Regarding the #Bitcoin community although not as big as in Kenya, it is quite active. There’s some groups like the School of Satoshi that is quite active in spreading the word and teaching the fundamentals of #Bitcoin but are yet to find their way to #Nostr
