I don’t think it’s possible on iOS. If your objective is to not be doxxed, download Damus + Lightning wallet of your choosing. #asknostr for best Lightning solutions these change all the time, not 100% what’s the best option here.

I sent a 1k zap and a 21sats zap 😂. I can see the 21sats leaving my wallet, but no idea where the 1k has came from and if it’s even landed with you. Let me know if you got these 🙏
My current setup is a little iffy, it shows some notifications of zap receipt but not all. Not 100% sure why, but it’s something with my setup. I saw a couple of 21 come in. So probably all good.
I should have left you a note with it. But I zapped a 21 over to you for helping out 🧡
Go to wallet settings and switch off the use primal wallet option. Then set up nostr wallet connect with a wallet that also has that feature. For example I'm using minibits ecash for my zaps.
Will give it a go now mate 🙏 thanks. Although @damus seems to treating just fine. But in this day and age, it’s worthy of having multiple options and backups as the inevitable clamp down on Nostr will start in years to come 🤔
The Doxx'ing has got worse, it used to just ask for an email address. I can see good advice below, so won't add my voice.

I set up an email with proton email. @SelfBankt helped me with this. Then you can set up wallet etc without doxing yourself
