Tried to open a Lightning channel two months ago, using Lightning Terminal (which doesn’t give you any control over the sat/vB fee). 

Here it is, stuck in the backlog of more than a quarter of a million transactions; and at just 20.1 sat/vB, it seems unlikely to ever get to the front of the queue.

 Next time I recommend using Ride The Lightning, Open Channel, Advanced Options, then scroll down to the bottom and you can set the fee you wish to enter the Mempool with. We all learn by making mistakes. 

 Looks like you can bump the fee on that transaction as well if you really wanted to get the channel open.
