Great to see you managed to self-host it!

I'd recommend you to review your relay selection - you have way too many relays, at least a dozen of which is old and offline, which means the clients you're using (and your nostr-site) are wasting time trying to connect and talk to those relays. A dozen of alive relays is more than enough, you have 50+. 

 Thanks for the pointer  -  will fix it today . No wonder my website takes a couple extra seconds to load and refresh  ...  

 Yes it might get slightly better if less dead relays are used
