You can be censored on the client level. It happened to bot with the flagship Android app. Theoretically relays can do it too, although they rarely do (though early this year, I think I was the first person on Nostr to be censored by some relay operators. Also had my verification revoked.) The bigger problem though, is that a lot of stuff is still coming in from Poast, where I’m hidden. As long as Nostr is relying on Fedi for content, it’s subject to the same limitations in reach. Alex can’t finish his hybrid software quickly enough.

I was doxed by Meticore early this year. He posted it publicly, it had several previous residences of mine listed. Not long after that, my mom's house was swatted. So I have to be more careful talking about anything I do publicly now. The people who annoy me didn't usually have anything to do with the Sneed crew, so I don't know if mine had anything to do with the other swattings. I suspect not, because I think I know who did it, it's some idiot from a 3rd world country who's particularly obsessed with me.

I was on NCD at one point. Matty threatened to ban me because people were gossiping and he's a giant pussy, so I left. He said he had to "protect his users" from me. Literal walking talking vagina.
I left around the time Jew Prick was throwing Floppa under the bus (this was long before their apparent reconciliation), but didn't make a stink about it; I just left and never bothered him or anyone there about Jew's bullshit. Left Gleasonator for Nostr shortly after, because the fediverse concept as a whole has completely and utterly failed aside from Mitra.
Fedi sucks, but Nostr is dependent on Fedi for most of its interesting content, so Nostr also kind of sucks. My posts are still invisible for basically anyone I would have a shared interest with.
A lot of the fedi people should have stayed after April; using Mostr just to retain that fucking sucks.
Even if Alex shut down Mostr I would still stay on Nostr, but since the bridge is up, Fedi is inherently a subset of Nostr content, one that all my posts are hidden from. It's not even a huge deal, it just gets on my nerves. I actually like a good handful of the Poasties, but can't engage with them at all because they trust Daniel Stevens for some reason and he has a bizarre years long grudge against me because I didn't like his pedophile porn on my instance.
