 Privacy should be a choice tho. There is no way to rationale that someone else OWES you privacy. It should be worked for an obtained like every other market good. To claim you have a right to privacy is a claim that someone else should provide said privacy to you at 0 cost. 

While i agree privacy is a key element in having maximum freedom/responsibility. It is up to the individual to decide for themselves the level of privacy level they desire.
