Never heard of that, but having looked it up, yes, pretty much that. It's 1/2 cup of Slippery Elm bark powder with 1/4 cup of mixed herbal tea sweetened with 1 Tbsp of honey. The recipe procedure I followed called them lozenges, maybe not the most accurate description? 

 I’ve never made either. I looked up electuaries as well, looks like it’s usually liquid. 

I’ll dive into the medicinal stuff someday. I presume it’s a very deep rabbit hole
