 I have the same issue. 

 Replying works. New notes don’t. 

 huh... never heard of that issue before. 

 Only had the issue yesterday. Works today. 

 Can happen if it fails to connect, but it will keep retrying to send while the app is open 

 I removed one of the relays erroring. Could this be an issue?
