Recently Apple updated something so whenever you say something with AirPods in, the volume drops.
Now whenever I sing along to the song with my AirPods in, the music lowers for some reason.
What a dumb UX.
Anyone know how to stop this.
Turn off conversation awareness
Sounds like a command you’d give to an AI house servant when you want to express anti-regime sentiment.
That’s not recent, and you can disable in the settings. Most people don’t sing when wearing earbuds, so apple is catering to the majority that no longer needs to pause what’s playing and remove their airpods to have a conversation
That would actually be a nice feature. I believe Sony made the first Bluetooth headphones that mute when someone else speaks.
