I have been seeing block times take up to 45 minutes. Why is it so far away from the goal of 10 minutes? The difficulty adjustment is set for tomorrow, June 20th but the retarget for the adjustment is only going to be 0.2%. I'm using dashboard.clarkmoody.com to get my info. 

 There's always some element of 'luck' to finding blocks. Likely just as many ~5min blocks in the period if you look.
