 Sure. Basically the custodian that Swan was using pulled a fast one and deducted money out of Swan customers accounts as a fee for moving funds. And rather than stepping up and refunding customers directly, Swan is deflecting blame and offering discounts on future fees.

 Clowns! I’ve used Swan in the past. Recommend them to a few family members and friends when they were doing the $10k no fees promotion. Now I have to get with everyone I recommended them to and make sure they get their Bitcoin out or there. Self-custody is the way but not always the easiest for my complacent tribe members.
