 The starter pack (People I Trust) is a great idea because it is made by each user who wants to expand their community and it is a way to build or extend reputation. Like in an elite club.

 Nostr supports lists we could build starter pack functionality in to Nostr and nostr clients for onboarding pretty easily. It’s about UX and some tooling.
