 I am amazed that Harry Potter is a fan favorite of people who hate self defense and guns given that Harry basically starts up a militia against the government.

 yes and soon they will do it for harry potter, for the reason you said!
They will put warnings, they will remake their own content, and so forth. Look how they devoured Monty python guy john cheese and potter author rowling for not getting with the times! Some day they will banish life of brian to the depths for implying jews haggle and their rebellion against rome was stupid.
