 Ok time to turn off tech brain and time to turn on kitchen / semi-social brain.

 Not that the tech brain ever really turns off. It's just more or less I have to switch frames of mind and be willing to actually talk to people. 

Luckily, most kitchen work is just talking shit. 😅 and being polite to some of the regulars who sit at the bar.
