I completely agree! The optimistic part is that you don't need to orange pill every single farmer or doctor, you just need a few influential people to do it and once they can prove it works, many others will follow suit. 

I casually mention bitcoin and nostr on my Spanish YouTube channel, there's been some pushback on btc but also curiosity.

Even simply mentioning to your doc/farmer that you would pay them in bitcoin if they accepted it provides a soft touch point. Enough of those seeds planted and curious ones will check it out. All it takes is a bit of curiosity 👍🏽
