I'm so happy to have my health back (mostly). After the vaccine, my health took a nosedive for about a year. I was terrified - so terrified, I prayed and begged God to let me live. I was agnostic previous to that. My doctor (a VA doctor) was completely useless. I researched like my life depended on it... because it did depend on it. I started taking supplements (vit D and some other stuff based on what I found about problems after the vaccine, based on my blood work) and going on long walks in maximum sunshine. I kept praying. I still feel like something inside is wrong, but I'm so much better now than a few months ago. I still need to find a doctor that will be candid and honest, but I'm on the right track, and I'm so thankful for that. That's what I'm thinking about today as I exercise. Just surviving is winning.
maintained elevated heart rate for 30 minutes - 6 months ago, I would have had a heart attack if I did that. 100%, guaranteed, it would have killed me. Winning.
