I’m a visual guy myself. Design and art is primo. I buy books (and cd’s) based on the cover artwork. However, a good story is what it’s all about. Read Batman - Year One. Rudimentary art that I would normally avoid, but what a story! It’s one of my favorites. Now if you want both art and story, get David Mack’s Kabuki series.
