 What do lower rates indicate?
low inflation or a recession that causes the central bank to try and stimulate the economy by lowering the cost of money.
increases inflation.. Like all means of money creation.
Which I'm ok with, gives people a last chance to actually buy bitcoin, rather than having to work for it ;)
That the financial system is fairly disconnected from reality. The banks are propped up by the ECB, hence they can offer super low rates in an environment where inflation of real goods and assets are still climbing much faster.

It's obviously great for borrowers. Just make we wonder what debt crisis is looming in the future.
