 @cf860c40 I'd love to, but I've personally had multiple tries at using the new rubber & metal alternative in old houses gone poorly.

Obviously, ymmv.

If you do have success, please shout about it here - I hate plumbing & anything that'll make it better I want to know...yesterday.
