Oddbean new post about login | logout @ff0321b8 congrats and well done for courage. :) I started public singing about 20 years ago. Quartet accapella mostly. Still love it and it made me better at things like public speaking and running roleplaying games. I think you have a lot to look forward to.
@452556bb What do you like to sing? I've been singing for years (In rock bands and various choirs) but it took a lot to go to that first theatre audition! I was fortunate that I got a part and now I am hooked!
@ff0321b8 I like singing stuff from the 40s through the 80s a lot, but also like older folk songs and madrigals as well as a number of more modern songs. I don't quite have the patience to learn opera but I like to listen to it. Also recently took the family to see a performance by Post Modern Jukebox, which we all loved.
