Update: Brave is worse than Firefox.
Which is the least worse of all?
You tried Mullvad Browser? Afaik it’s a collab between Mullvad and TOR
What's wrong with Firefox? Since its quantum release it's the bomb.

From my experience this is at the moment the only sane choice.
Just use a hardened fork of Firefox
 Trying DuckDuckGo Preview
Brave sucks. I’m tired of pretending it doesn’t.
Did you take time to hide all the BS? Once you do that it becomes cleaner than firefox
Got a list of the BS?

Bring your own model seems interesting but I haven't tried it yet.

Search engine >
Web discovery data collection > off
I like brave search but you can change if you want.
Manage search engine >
You can change or add search engines and using them by typing the prefix + space in the address bar. This is so great that I wouldn't use any browser without it. I like changing shortcuts to use dot Instead of colon. Add YouTube for sure. Being able to type just .yt<space> and immediately search from the address bar without first opening youtube .com is insane.

Extensions >
You can add ublock origin manifest V2 even after Google removes it from the store from here.

Language >
Add any additional languages you know. There's a translate icon on any site to translate it if its not listed here.

System >
Continue running bg apps > off

When you do all of these it simultaneously becomes the and most minimalist and most efficient browser out of everything I've tried. Its only missing the right click gestures of Opera but I haven't seen any other browser with that feature and opera is garbage in other ways.

If you do the stuff I said it will look like this:

This is true. I would also recommend disabling all the distraction you don't need.
 Yup 😅
 floorp lightning
@GrassFedBitcoin, is your Lightning node down? Can’t zap you.
If you are on a Mac, use Safari. Stick with Firefox if you are on Linux. However, if you are on Windows… well, you should not be on Windows.
 Arc Browser an option?
 Use multiple browsers
