I could not agree with this more. For me, when I travel, I just want to see everything and try everything so my healthy life — 9hours of sleep, eating clean, and gym get thrown out the window. Whereas when I’m home I’ve already seen all museums, tried all restaurants, walked through all parks so it’s just easier to stick to a routine. I can go to the gym and not feel I’m missing out on a beautiful experience or eat a steak at home and not feel I’m missing out on some amazing local food that I might not get the authentic version of again for years.
