I gave up my Sourdough starter when lockdown ended.

I never made a loaf as good as yours

 It takes patience and practice to achieve great results, but once you do, the outcome is incredibly delicious. 

 I couldn’t take the responsibility of keeping the starter alive 🥹 

 Damn. 
Bread is my most difficult vice to consistently avoid. 
I can say that I’d definitely eat that loaf, hide the evidence and pretend it never happened.
