I think that a Rent based app with Strike API could be a valuable tool for landlords.

Given the 40+ million renting households in the USA does a rent specific payment app make sense for landlord's?

Add landlord as contact, have a copy of lease,  list of all payments, set auto pay from bank, show deposits etc

I think alot about how inconsistent rent payment must be. Landlords could split incoming rents to fiat and ₿. They could offer incentives to their tenants...

 I would be demanding payment thru Strike and keeping only minimal cashflow in fiat.
